In partnership with the Tunisian Agency of the Internet ( ATI), the CCK put a lot into the project of implementation of a network which allows the cohabitation IPv4 / IPv6 with the aim of the preparation of the migration towards the IPV6 (called also IPng for IP new generation) before 2013. This will offer more services, flexibility and efficiency and will allow :

• Resolve a whole variety of new problems, in particular that of the breaking off IP addresses by releasing itself from the inefficiency of the current space of IP addresses.
• Strengthen security ( authentification and confidentiality) in research and educational institutions and give the possibility to a computer to move without changing its address.
